The conceptual design and implementation of a new automation standard together with visualization based on the TIA Portal, and the switch from PROFIBUS to PROFINET. Migration of our existing projects, and to structure the software in such a way that we were able to optimally use the extended functionalities of the new CPU generations.

  • Significant time savings during migration compared to complete reprogramming, in addition all engineering tasks done in one tool, including safety functions
  • One day shorter commissioning time and faster troubleshooting with PROFINET - No DIP switches and more stable communication;compared to PROFIBUS commissioning, the amount of time required with PROFINET has been halved.
